NEA-Salina Scholarships Awarded
Each year the members of NEA-Salina in partnership with the Salina Education Foundation award one elementary educator and one secondary educator with a $500 scholarship for advancement in a master’s or doctorate degree in the field of education. The NEA-Salina Scholarship Committee receives and reviews all scholarship applications from the Salina Education Foundation. The scholarship committee then sends all applications with names removed to each NEA-Salina Officer for individual rankings.
